Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES)

Year of establishment 2000-2001 (11th October 2000)

Objective-

The main objective of the association is to provide a well platform for Computer Engineering Student where they face different level of Competitions and also give them chance to show their talents.

Activities Conducted by CSE association with ACES/ISTE chapter 2011-12

  •  Inauguration of ACES 2K11 : The inaugural function of Association of Computer Engineering Students [ACES] of CSE department was held on 10th August, 2011. The ceremony began with Lighting of lamps as a respect to Goddess Saraswati by chief guest Mr. Vinay Gosawi followed by dignitaries on Dias. Prof D.G.Chougule [HOD CSE] was the president of Event. 

  • Department of Computer Science and Engineering of TKIET, Warananagar organized a state level event “ZERO-ONE Think Bitwise” in association with ACES [Association for Computer Engineering Students] on 21st, February 2012.

  • Euraka2K12 National level paper presentation.
  • Jidanysa2K12 National level project presentation.
  • Guest and expert lectures.
  • In fond memory of Shri Vishweshwaraya & Dr. Sarvapalli RadhakrishnanEngineer’s Day and Teacher’s Day was together celebrated on 15th September, 2011. 

  • Fresher’s party was organized by ACES members to welcome the newly admitted students. It was an innovative medium through which the students were introduced and made to feel a part of TKIET family.
